Globe Facilities works with Enable and our clients in a number of distinct ways.

Globe add their key competency, occupational support services management, to the property management teams surveying skills, to pro-actively manage our clients' valuable assets. Through regular site visits, and a benchmarked pre-qualified service provider index, Globe are able to identify potential problems before they effect our clients or the property, and ensure that when a need does arise, we have the right person in the right place to service that need.

A second important role for Globe as part of the Enable team is to look after corporate clients facilities management, in some cases Globe FMs are based within an organisation to become the corporate facilities manager, taking responsibility for the occupational support, such as H&S, M&E, security, cleaning and energy consultancy amongst others.
